For nearly a century, the agency has been family-owned and operated. The four generations of family owners have been community-minded individuals who have served and are serving the citizens of Monroe County through membership in the Sweetwater Planning Commission, Sweetwater Historical Commission, Monroe County Relay for Life, Sweetwater Kiwanis Club, Sweetwater Valley Citizens for the Arts, and many other organizations.
Sweetwater Insurance Agency, Inc. became automated in 1983 and continues the progressive ideas of automation through our current management system and web-based product offerings. Our goal is to have the feel of a small-town agency with personal contact and service to our customers, but with the resources of the strong, A.M. Best rated companies that we represent.
